New Homes Cornwall News and Blog

We are pleased to find out that Michael Gacca at number 12 in Fairglen, Hayle will soon be recieving cash for his electricity generated from a Percy Williams eco home.  Michael tell us that energy suppliers Scottish and Southern are now processing his application to provide both economy 10 tariff and a ‘credit meter’ which will return the surplus energy created from his PV roof cells to the National Grid.  All of this created from the sun and a green building design house.  Cash from the electricty companies............wouldn't we all like that!

Also at Fairglen phase 1 of our eco homes is now complete. Landscaping around the site is well underway.

On this blog we are going to be chatting about all sorts of happenings in and around cornwall and the community, housing market trends and some of the unique features of our houses.  We are passionate about green buildings so you will be hearing lots of news in this area.
