Eco Home Finalists

We were very pleased to have Fairglen chosen as finalists for Sustainability by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors!

Judges comments ‘A striking, well integrated residential development, offering an unusual private sector mixture of unfetted and social need shared equity housing. It ticks a lot of boxes for sustainability’.

Plots 9 and 11 are now reserved leaving plot 10 subject to strong interest and a tentative offer. Phase two redesign is now advancing as planned with an update later this summer.

Gweal pawl

The last new build apartment (95 gweal pawl) completed this Bank Holiday weekend to a key worker based at RCH Treliske. The transaction took place within a month. Speedy for these times.
