Last 3 bed Eco home sold

Another completion is scheduled to take place within the next few days and a young family are set to move into Fairglen in time for Summer!  This means that all 3 bedroomed homes within Phase 1 have now been sold. 

Phase 2 is in the planning stage and we are delighted to be receiving lots of interest from potential buyersand what they want in their eco home.  At this early stage buyers can have some input in what they really want or do not want in their house.

We are aware that with a price guide of between £230,000 - £250,000 there can be some flexibility in tailoring to a budget.  Whats important to you?  Outside space? Privacy? Parking?  Internally what changes would you make to the existing configuration?  Is an ensuite important.  Even if this meant the third bedroom was smaller or would you rather look at this as a later option. Is the conservatory important or would you rather we tried to make the price lower but left the option for this to be added in the future?  G

A provisional reservation of plot 12 leaves us with just three 4 bedroomed homes available to purchase with prices from £299,950.  A spectacular open day last week saw nearly 50 people view within the 6 hours that our show home was open for viewing without an appointment.  Our agents were delighted with the response.
