The former showhouse (no 12) has completed leaving plots 9, 10 and 11 available from £299,950.  These spacious eco homes continue to attract much interest both locally and nationally. There is strong interest in plot 9 (our current show home) subject to dependent sales.  A number of incentive schemes remain available at Fairglen including deferred payment and up to 50% part exchange (subject to location and terms). Phase 2 remains dependent on just one more sale at Phase 1 again more details are expected during 2010.
