Only 3 remaining Homes under £100,000

July and August will see further completions particularly at Edwards Apartments where there are just 3 remaining homes from £99,950. 

We are looking at having a further open weekend during the latter part of August in which all the remaining properties at Gweal Pawl would be available for viewing, again without appointment.  Edwards Apartments have appealed to a wide cross section of buyers predominantly first time buyers looking for value for money and flexibility within the buying package.  The adjoining office suites are occupied at second floor level with strong interest in the remaining 2 suites.  There are still a few chances to buy a one bedroom live/work home with the prices from well under £130,000.

The recent Residents Association meeting held at the nearby Old Grammar School welcome new faces and positive new ideas which help cement relationships within our community.

ROK are finalising the last remedial works and general landscaping is well established no doubt helped by the recent downpours!
