Loft insulation by Rockwool

You don't see it but it is vitally important - the Insulation going into these homes has to be second-to none.  We all understand the principle - if you don't loose the heat from your home then it costs much less in heating energy to have to replace it.

We selected Rockwool's loft insulation for the Fairglen project, in order to make these homes some of the most thermally efficient on the market. 
The loft has been double-skinned with two layers of Rockwool to take the insulating thickness to 350mm. 

The typical home loses over 40% of its total heat through the roof, making this the single most important focus for improved home insulation.
